This MaxxAir 8-Inch utility exhaust fan is a powerful performer in a small footprint. No hard wiring necessary-just plug it in and turn it on. It has fully automated louvers and is made of a high-impact ABS plastic construction. It has a powerful 200CFM exhaust system. The single speed operation has a 14-Inch chrome on/off pull chain. Mounting screws/anchors are included. It comes with a 10-foot cord with a grounded plug. It will change the air in an average 10-foot by 10-foot room every 2-4 minutes when adequate intake ventilation is available.
